First thing that comes to my mind is the upskill. Regs is the type of developer that shares best practices to the team, very efficient very effective. Many great things happen, highlighting that enablement of a product manager who just joined, that answers questions very fast and accurately. He basically makes our work very easy. Easy going, a teacher, a great leader, skillful. AI skill, logical mindset.

Regs and I have worked together on multiple projects. He has always shown determination in making sure he delivers what the team, product, and business need. Most of the products he developed are now being used. He shines especially when working on AI-powered applications, and many of our users have enjoyed and appreciated them.
